1SPLIT HOAGIE ROLL. GENEROUSLY SPREAD SALAD DRESSING ON BOTH TOP AND BOTTOM INSIDE OF ROLL.
2GENEROUSLY COVER INSIDE BOTTOM OF ROLL WITH LETTUCE. PLACE 2.5 TO 3 OUNCES OF TURKEY ON TOP OF THE LETTUCE. PLACE 2 SLICES OF COOKED BACON ON TOP OF THE TURKEY. (2-SLICES OF BACON WEIGH APPROXIMATELY .5 OZ, THEREFORE ONE SANDWICH IS A 3 TO 3.5 OZ SERVING OF MEAT)
3WRAP SANDWICHES INDIVIDUALLY TO PREVENT DRYING OUT. HOLD AT 40 F OR BELOW BEFORE AND DURING SERVING.
