| 1 | Combine oatmeal, wheat germ and nuts in a large bowl. | 2 | Mix everything else in a saucepan and heat until smooth. Do not boil. | 3 | Pour liquids into oatmeal mixture and stir until coated. Spread mixture on two cookie sheets and bake in a 300 degree oven for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally. | 4 | Let cool. Store in an airtight container. Will last up to 6 months. | 5 | Enjoy! |
