Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix Tapioca, sugar, milk, and egg whites in a medium saucepan and let stand for 5 minutes
2Cook on medium heat stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a FULL boil
3Cool 20 minutes; stir. Serve warm or chilled. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator. Makes 6 half cup servings
