| 1 | spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray . cook hash browns place in pan . cover with cheese . then cook pepper ,mushroom ,and tomatoes with garlic and olive oil .put on cheese . mix milk,eggs,basil,salt and black pepper . pour over egg mixture . bake one hour at 350 |
