| 1 | In a large bowl add oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, and wheat germ. Mix well | 2 | measure olive oil, water, and honey together and mix and then add to dry ingredients. Mix well | 3 | Place in 2 jelly roll pans - spread out to cover entire sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes then take out mix a little bit and then switch jelly roll pans (top to bottom and bottom to top) and bake another 15 minutes. Take out and immediately put into containers - (I use empty Quaker Oats containers). | 4 | Enjoy! |
