cuptomato sauce - 8 oz can

cup, dicedlow fat shredded cheddar cheese

2While draining beef, put rice into skillet and cook and stir until golden.
3Return beef to skillet and then add.

9Return beef to skillet and then add. After sequences 3-9 to skillet, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 min. Spray 9x13 pan. Pour mixture into pan.
10Top mixture with cheese, bake at 400 until cheese is bubbly.
