| 1 | Remove sausages from casings and brown. | 2 | Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Saute until softened. | 3 | Remove from heat and cool. | 4 | In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, cream, sausage mixture,tomatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine. | 5 | Pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set. | 6 | Cool slightly before cutting into 8 wedges. Serve warm. |
