tablespoonunsweetened apple-sauce

tablespoonMild Honey (Tupelo or Clover)

teaspoonvanilla extract

tablespoonLite Agave Nectar
Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 300°F. Lightly spray large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
2Mix oats, almonds, raisins, cranberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon, in large bowl.
3Combine oil and honey in small saucepan; bring to simmer over medium heat. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
4Pour hot liquid over oat mixture; stir well. Using hands, toss mixture until thoroughly mixed.
5Spread granola on prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally (suggested every 10 minutes).
6Transfer sheet to rack and let granola cool completely. (If it is not cooled completely it will not clump - DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!!)
7Store in airtight container and ENJOY.
