cupgrated parmesan
Steps
Sequence Step
1cut chicken breast into 4, 4 oz peices and pound lightly to flatten.
2bread first in flour, then egg, then bread crumb
3heat oil until quite hot, fry chicken on both sides until brown - need not be cooked through
4place chicken in pan, cover with sauce
5divide cheeses into 4 parts place over the 4 chicken pieces at this point the meal can be frozen if desired.
6bake in oven at 350 30 minutes uncovered if not frozen, 1 hour if frozen, but leave covered until 15 minutes before done, then uncover. Chicken should be 160 internal temp.
