can (16 fl oz)tomatoes canned, diced, drained
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain. Brown the lean ground beef in a skillet with the onion, celery, garlic powder and black pepper. When the meat is cooked add the pinto beans, and tomatoes. The canned carrots should be cut into quarters and added to the meat mixture. The Velveeta should be shredded or cut into small cubes. Combine the yogurt and cheese in the saucepan you boiled the macaroni in and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted. Combine all ingredients and place them in a baking dish. Place in an oven at 350 degrees until the casserole is slightly browned on top and bubbly. Serve.
