| 1 | Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat the egg in a separate bowl, then add the milk. Pour the combined liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until moistened. | 2 | Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray or use pan liners. Fill the tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20-25 minutes. Muffins should be lightly browned on top and nicely browned on the sides when done.
