| 1 | Combine yogurt and spices along with chicken. Marinate one hour. Discard marinade and transfer chicken onto foil-covered pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until done. Saute butter, garlic, and jalepeno peppers in frying pan. Add rest of spices, then tomato sauce and cream. Cook uintil thickened. Add cooked chicken and let simmer for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro and serve over rice. |
