| 1 | Cover chopped vegetables with chicken broth. Add water to cover if needed. | 2 | Simmer vegetables 10-12 minutes till soft. | 3 | In separate pot, melt butter, add flour and cook for a minute, then add milk to make white sauce. | 4 | Combine white sauce with other pot, add parsley, paprika and ham cubes. | 5 | Add cider vinegar.
