| 1 | Preheat oven to 400*. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. | 2 | Place margarine in 10x15 baking pan. Place in oven 1 to 3 minutes or until melted. Set aside. | 3 | In a large plastic bag or shallow dish, combine flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. | 4 | Shake or coat potatoes and chicken in the flour mixture. Place in pan.
