2	slices	Squirrely Bread
2	large	eggs
2	dash	salt, to taste
2	dash	pepper, to taste
1 1/3	tablespoons	Margarine, Earth Balance, non hydrogenated
1/4	teaspoon	vinegar

Steps

Sequence	Step

1	Bring 4" water to boil in a small saucepan.
2	add dash of vinegar to help the egg coagulate. Add egg and lower heat to meduim.
3	Cook egg for about 4 minutes or until the yolk begins to change color.
4	Toast slice of squirrley bread.
5	Spread margarine on toast. Place egg on toast. Salt and pepper to taste.
