Steam Kale (can use spinach, collards, broccoli, etc.) just until wilted.

Combine flours and salt in large bowl. Make a well and add egg, yeast, oil and kale mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Put extra flour on counter and knead dough in extra flour (adding extra flour to remove stickiness) for about 5-10 minutes.
Place dough into a clean bowl coated with with olive oil and brush dough with olive oil. Cover bowl with towel and place in a warm place to rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Cut in half and roll out two 12-14" (or four 6") pizza crusts.
Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Freeze or apply toppings and bake until cheese is melted and has begun to slightly brown.
