cup (8 fl oz)water, warm (115 degrees)

Steps
Sequence Step
1Dissolve yeast, sugar and molasses in warm water (set aside for 5 minutes).
2Steam Collards (can use spinach, kale, broccoli, etc.) just until wilted.
3Puree collards, tofu and ricotta cheese until smooth.
4Combine flours and salt in large bowl. Make a well and add egg, yeast, oil and kale mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
5Put extra flour on counter and knead dough in extra flour (adding extra flour to remove stickiness) for about 5-10 minutes.
6Place dough into a clean bowl coated with with olive oil and brush dough with olive oil. Cover bowl with towel and place in a warm place to rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
7Cut in half and roll out two 12-14" (or four 6") pizza crusts.
8Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 375 degrees F. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Freeze or apply toppings and bake until cheese is melted and has begun to slightly brown.
