Steps
Sequence Step
1Salt Meat and set aside
2Blend remaining ingredients
3Place meat in plastic ziploc bag with mixture and shake to coat meat. Refridgerate for 2 hours
4Preheat oven 500 degrees
5Roast pork for 15 mins
6Reduce heat 325 degrees and continue roasting for 20-25 mins until inner temp is 155 degrees
7let stand for 10 mins. and serve
