cupsRotisserie Chicken, pulled
Steps
Sequence Step
1 Preheat the oven to 350°C  Combine Cream of Chicken soup, mayo, shredded mild cheddar cheese and curry powder in a mixing bowl, mix until well blended  Cook broccoli in a saucepan, drain. Let cool. Cut into small pieces.  Spray 10x15, 4.5 qt. baking pan with non-stick cooking spray  Cover the bottom of the baking pan with the chopped broccoli  Take off all the meat from the chickens and put on top of the broccoli  Pour the combined soup, mayo, and cheese mixture on top of the chicken  Bake for 40 minutes  Boil white rice in a medium saucepan  Remove baking pan from oven, serve over white rice.
2Combine soup, mayo, and cheese in a big mixing bowl.
3Cook the broccoli. Let cool. Cut into small pieces.
5add curry powder to the soup mixture
6pull off all the meat from the rotissier chicken
