| 2 | Mix all other ingedients, EXCEPT FOR CHEEDAR, in a blender or food processor until smooth. | 3 | Pour mix into mixing bowl. | 4 | Stir in bacon. | 5 | Stir in cheddar. | 6 | Scoop mixutre into a muffin tin that has been sprayed w/ non-stick cooking spray.
