ounceBread crumbs, dry unseasoned

Steps
Sequence Step
1in 10in nonstick skillet on med heat, saute onion
2once onion pepper are soft, add garlic, saute 1minute more and set aside to cool
3in large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, worcestershire sauce, salt
4add the cooled pepper and onion mixture to bowl and mix to combine, being careful not to overwork the mix
5preheat oven to 375degrees, spray loaf pan with non-stick spray, and place mixture in it...shape like a meatloaf
6bake 40 minutes in oven, or until meat thermometor inserted in center reads 155 degrees, remove from oven, drain any excess grease(should not be much) and set aside covered with foil for 15 minutes....
7cut into 5 equal slices and serve
