| 1 | boil pasta in water. Don''t bother adding salt to the water.
whilst boiling, warm can of tomatoes to reduce.
add all the ingrediats to the pan of tomatoes.
(apart from the flaxseed)
take the tomatoes of the heat 2min before the pasta is due to be done.
when pasta is cooked, drain.
mix the flaxseed in to the tomato and vegtables mix
then mix the drained pasta in to the tomato and veg mix.
Serve - if desired add a lashing of cold pressed extra-virgin olive oil nad a sprinkle of freash sea sal |
