Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large skillet, heat oil, while chopping onion and bell pepper. Saute onion, pepper and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
2Stir in the cumin and chili powder, when the vegetables are coated, stir in ground turkey, and cook for about 3 minutes, breaking up the meat.
3Add ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until sauce is slightly thickened, and turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4Top each roll with 1/8 of the meat mixture and enjoy!
