| 1 | Brown Beef in large skillet, draining fat.
Add onion and bell pepper: cook 5-10 min stirring frequently until onion is translucent
Put meat and all ingredients into a 4.5 qt crockpot
Stir well.
Cover and cook on Low 4-6 hrs.
