| 1 | Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, vanilla, salt and 1 cup powdered sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour and nuts into butter-sugar mixture. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place about 1 inch part on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 mins until golden brown on bottom. Remove warm cookies and transfer to cooling racks. Cool slightly then roll in powdered sugar. When the cookies have completely cooled, roll again in powdered sugar. |
