Steps
Sequence Step
1Lightly beat eggs. Add sweeteners. Mix well. Add oil and remaining wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients and whisk together. Add all at once to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
2Divide batter into 4 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees F for 60-65 min. Makes 4 loaves.
