Steps
Sequence Step
1Brown meat with flour, onion and oil in bottom of Large Dutch oven. When meat has browned and water and boulion cubes. Add all ingredients and cook on medium heat until soup starts to thicken and potatoes are soft, approx 45 mins. Soup will thicken as it cools, you may add more water if you want a thinner soup.
