Steps
Sequence Step
1In a large bowl, mix together the flours, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda and all of the spices.
2In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, pumpkin, eggs, oil and vanilla.
3Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Allow batter to set at least five minutes before making waffles.
4Add the appropriate amount of batter to your waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
5Serve warm with your favorite topping.
