Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oil in large fry pan. Combine flour, salt and pepper in plate. Lightly bread cube steaks and brown in oil (approximately qw minutes total). Once browned, move to side of pan (or remove temporarily if no room in pan) add onions and green peppers. Fry onions and peppers til translucent but still crispy. Arrange steaks in bottom of pan with vegetables on top and pour on sauce: Sauce ingredients: combine brown sugar, mustard,vinegar,worchester sauce, water and catsup into a bowl and mix til smooth. Pour over cooked steaks and vegetables. Cover pan and saute a minimum of 15 minutes, turning at least once mixing all ingredients. I usually saute a total of 30 minutes.
