Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large loaf pan and flour all surfaces. Add all ingredients in a bowl. Using low speed, mix with hand mixer and scrape bowl until all ingredients are mixed in. It''s ok to be a little lumpy. Pour into loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for approx 55 min. Test for doneness with a clean toothpick. Loosen sides and take bread out of pan and put on rack to cool.
1Preheat oven to 350degrees. Spray large loaf pan and dust all surfaces with flour. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix on lower speed with hand mixer, scraping surfaces. Mix until a little lumpy but blended. Pour into loaf pan and bake for approx. 55 min. Test for doneness with a clean toothpick. When it comes out clean, bread is done. Loosen sides of bread and remove bread. Cool on rack. Can be frozen.
