| 1 | Combine peanut butter, applesauce, beaten egg whites, and vanilla in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir until mixed evenly. Spray a 9x12 pan with non stick cooking spray and pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the dry ingredients and the wet ingredients in the large bowl and stir until coated. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until firm to the touch and browning around the edges. Cut into 24 bars. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. |
