| 1 | Saute diced onion, celery. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5-10 min. Reserve 2 tablespoons of cooked sauce. Mix remaining ingredients to ground beef and add cooked sauce. Form loaf and top with reserved sauce. Bake 55 min @ 350. |
