ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick)green pepper, finely chopped

fluid ounceheavy cream

ouncemozzarella cheese

dashblack pepper

teaspoonitalian seasoning
Steps
Sequence Step
1Remove sausages from casings and brown.
2Add onion, green pepper and mushrooms. Saute until softened.
3Remove from heat and cool.
4In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, cream, sausage mixture,tomatoes, cheese, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Stir to combine.
5Pour into a greased pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
6Cool slightly before cutting into 8 wedges. Serve warm.
