| 1 | Break up lettuce into large bowl. Add next five ingredients. | 2 | In a small bowl or jar with a lid, add remaining ingredients. Mix well. | 3 | Pour Dressing over raw vegetables and toss well. | 4 | Note: Do not add dressing ahead of time as lettuce will wilt. | 5 | To cut the fat content, use 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon of fat free chicken or vegetable broth. |
