Steps
Sequence Step
1Whisk eggs and milk with salt and pepper to taste
2Spray omelet pan with cooking spray.
3Saute onions until just soft.
4Add mushrooms to pan and suate to desired doneness.
5Pour egg/milk mixture into pan. Allow to cook until edges look dry.
6While egg mixture is cooking, sprinkle shredded cheese over center.
7Flip, if you can - or scramble it up.
