| 1 | Pre-heat panini grill. | 2 | Brush one side of each tortilla with mustard. Divide remaining ingredients in half and place on two tortillas. Top with remaining tortilla. Press firmly. | 3 | Place on hot panini grill and close lid. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until quesadilla is browned and cheese is melted. | 4 | Transfer to cutting board and let rest for one minute.
