oz (20 halves)pecans or walnuts
Steps
Sequence Step
1Cream butter and sugar.
2Mash bananas.
3Wisk eggs, bananas and buttermilk and add to creamed mixture.
4Sift dry ingredients and add slowly to wet mixture.
5Stir in nuts
6Bake in greased 9"x5" loaf pan 55-60 min. Makes approx. 23 cupcakes; bake 25-30 min.
