1 | mix together the dry ingredients (rolled oats, milled flax seeds, raw sugar, fruit, spices). |
2 | Bring to a boil the honey, vanilla, and V8 mango peach juice (careful not to burn...just as the bubbles start indicating it is boiling, turn off the heat.) remember to stir. |
3 | Add the wet ingredients to the dry mix. |
4 | preheat oven to 350 and line a deep cookie tray with waxed paper. spray the wax paper with non-stick cooking spray. |
5 | spread the granola mixture into the pan evenly. |
6 | bake for 15 to 20 minutes |
7 | cool for 15 to 20 minutes |
8 | slice in the pan into 12 pieces leaving in the pan |
9 | cover the pan with aluminum foil and refrigerate over night |
