| 1 | Blend all ingredients except oil and mix well. Gradually whisk or beat in the oil until well combined.
Pour dressing over raw vegetables and let stand at room temperature for 2 hours or refrigerate for longer storage.
Before serving, toss salad and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. |
