| 1 | Beat eggs, milk and sour cream in mixing bowl. Add cooked potato and bell pepper. Add salt, pepper, parsley, chopped ham and cubed cheese and stir. Melt butter in pan. Once butter is melted, pour into pan. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated 325 degree oven. |
