Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine garlic,olive oil, pine nuts, basil, salt, and parmesan cheese in a food processor; pulse until smooth.
2Cook minced chicken and broccoli in a skillet until chicken is no longer pink.
3In a large mixing bowl, mix pesto with remaining ingredients until combined well.
4Pour batter into 9 lightly greased muffin wells.
5Bake in 325 degree oven for 25 minutes.
