Steps
Sequence Step
1Cook fish in 1 tablespoon oil for 2-3 minutes per side at medium heat.
2Saute rest of oil, vegetable and garlic.
3Add remaining ingredients (except scallops and shrimp)and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
4Add scallops and shrimp and simmer for 10 more minutes.
5Can add red pepper flakes if you prefer over red curry paste.
