Steps
Sequence Step
1toast bread and then cube and place in the bottom of a baking dish
2Mix 4 egg white and one egg yolk in a mixing bowl. Add blanched peppers and onions, salt and pepper to taste.
3Pour mixture over toast and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or microwave for 3-4 minutes.
