11-Blend milk and vinegar and let sit for 15 min. Grind oatmeal like flour, you can either add this to the milk to help soften it if it didn''t grind well or add it to the dry mix. 2-Mix all dry ingredients in a large bown. 3-Add sugar oil and vanilla to the milk. 4-Mix wet and dry together. 5-Whip egg whites to soft froth, then fold into the batter. 6-spray waffle iron with cooking spray and spoon batter onto it to cover about 3/4 of the section. Cook until waffles are crisp. Repeat with r
