Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat the milk and mix with the sour cream, oats and oat bran and let sit.
2Separate the eggs and combine the yolks with the bananas, oil, cinnamon, pecans, brown sugar and mix until creamy.
3Add the baking powder to the flour and mix.
4Beat the egg whites until fluffy.
5Combine the oat mixture with the main mixture.
6Add the flour mixture to the main mixture.
7Finally fold in the whipped egg whites and pour into pan. Bake for about an hour or until the top is browned.
