Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat oven to 425 degrees, spray muffin tin. Mix together first 7 ingredients. Whisk until smooth.. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Mix, being careful not to over mix. Stir in chips. Divide batter evenly between muffin cups. Bake for 5 minute at 425 then lower temp to 375 for 13 minute.
