| 1 | freshen salt fish in cold water overnight. Change water several times, drain, heat, and flake. Cook potatoes and gently mash so they become small pieces, not smoooth like mashed potatoes. Add fish and onions, mix lightly, and form into 4 patties. Cook in olive oil til brown, turn and brown other side. |
