Graham cracker crust

Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and melted butter. mix well.
3Press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
4Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
5Remove from oven and allow to cool.




Cheescake filling

cupsour cream

teaspoonvanilla extract
Steps
Sequence Step
1Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla til smooth.
2Put in greased 9-inch pan.
3Place in 350 oven for 30 minutes Take out and let rest 15 minutes.
4Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Pour on top of cheesecake.
5Bake 10 more minutes.
