Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2Mix all dry ingredients.
3Add raisins to dry ingredients and mix well.
4Add soy milk, egg and mashed bananas.
5Spray muffin tin with cooking spray and portion batter in 12 portions.
6Cook for about 25 minutes or until top springs back or toothpick comes out clean.
