Steps
Sequence Step
1cut and peel potatoes and apples; set aside
2heat frying pan, no oil.
3sprinkle salt, pepper, and cinnamon on one side of pork chops
4place on pan for 1-2 minutes, season other side, flip over and cook 1 min
5add apple juice and apple sauce. be sure to scrap loose any fried bits stuck to the pan for extra flavor
6add apples and potatoes. put lid on ond cook until apples and potatoes are tender
